Who We Are
ABIGAIL’S CARE SERVICES is a public, not-for-profit organization in Pearland, Texas. It was created to inspire those individuals who need assistance in everyday life to create personal responsibility and diversity. We provide home and community-based services (HCS) programs that supply services and support to residents with an intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) or any related conditions in the counties of Brazoria County, Fort Bend County, and Harris County. At ABIGAIL’S CARE SERVICES, we infuse quality healthcare services and a foundation of love. We believe that every smile sparks positive change.

Adults enrolled in the Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) program and individuals qualifying for DAHS (ISS-only) support.
